Mission

Our firm is based on serving needs. This involves listening to the client, hearing what is said and analyzing each situation to determine how best to address the needs of each client. This could involve timely budgeting and financial reporting, minimizing income taxes now and estate taxes in the future, more efficient management of business, computerized accounting services, or perhaps preparing income taxes to minimize tax liability.

                                      Excellence in accounting services -

Sounds great, but what does this involve?

Accuracy The goal for financial information is that it must be a reliable basis from which to make management decisions and analyze performance.

Relevance - As any manager of a business will tell you, information must not only be accurate but relevant. A key ingredient in assessing needs is determining which factors are “key” and creating a way of communicating these that is concise and timely. Designing a weekly “flash” report that tracks sales, collections, and employee productivity may be what your business needs. Or perhaps a way of tracking daily or weekly expenses of key items would be essential to you. Whatever the need, this information could be verified with the monthly financial statement which would provide complete detail of how your company met (or didn’t meet) its goals.

Timeliness - When you are running a business, financial information must be timely or it is like reading yesterday’s newspaper - interesting but not of much use. Early indications of performance can be developed so that response time is quick to any problems or opportunities that present themselves. Tax projections can be prepared so that an unanticipated liability does not put you in a cash flow bind. Timely responsiveness to your needs is essential, whether that be a tax return prepared in plenty of time to be filed, monthly financial reports received when promised, or information to your banker in time to get you the assistance you need.

Professionalism - A professional attitude is provided at all times - while serving the client, dealing with the IRS or preparing financial information. A first impression, whether of an individual or a financial report, can go a long way toward shaping future decisions. Your information and representation will at all times have the highest degree of professionalism.

In all of this, the bottom line is service - meeting needs in a professional manner for a reasonable fee.
